after sending above documents You’ll get a reply “received” estimated reply time is 2 working days.

Then proceed to the Bahria Town Karachi maintenance office’s security section.

It is advised to Take a passport size picture along with you when you decide to visit the office.

Once at the security desk, remind them you have sent an email with all the essential docs. After they review that email, they will take the pic you brought and take a quick digital pic for the upcoming RFID Resident Card.
